Shopping: The Bucket Bag

I had an absolutely amazing time during my recent trip to the Philippines. Not only did I get to explore several nearby cities, but I also had the incredible opportunity to visit Japan, a major destination in the region.

One thing I was determined not to miss out on this time was purchasing a travel souvenir purse. And guess what? I found the perfect one from a designer native to Japan - Issey Miyake! Prior to this, I had known the designer primarily through his exquisite perfumes, which happened to be my first experience with high-end fragrances that truly captivated me.

Visiting the flagship store in Ginza was a must for me, even though I couldn't manage to buy anything from there. All my choices were sold out! I enjoyed the shopping experience in-store and I love their minimalist interiors. Nevertheless, I didn't lose hope and decided to explore another mall in the area, where I finally got my hands on a beautiful bucket bag from Issey Miyake!

What I love most about this purse is its puzzle-y design and super thin adjustable strap. It gives me a sense of invisibility, as if it can effortlessly blend in while carrying a backpack, all while accommodating a significant amount of items inside.

This purse has become my ultimate companion during travels, especially when being hands-free is essential. It's incredibly versatile and can even accommodate my iPad without any difficulty.

In summary, I'm absolutely thrilled with my new Issey Miyake purse, and I have a feeling that we'll be embarking on many more adventures together!
